La Pavoni Europiccola Lusso ELQ
The La Pavoni Europiccola Lusso is a completely manual, traditional Italian espresso machine. The first version of the machine entered the market back in 1961. Use the La Pavoni Europiccola for making espresso and foaming the milk for a cappuccino.
The La Pavoni Europiccola has no electric pump. Instead, the brewing pressure is created manually by lifting up and pressing down the lever, causing the piston to force the water through the coffee. You have full control of both the extraction time and the brewing pressure in order to get the desired result. The espresso machine also has a milk frother for preparation of cappuccinos. Europiccola features a 0.8 litre water boiler, and it takes about 5 minutes to heat up the water for your first espresso.
We warmly recommend to invest in a good espresso grinder in order to get the most out of your la Pavoni Europiccola. With a good grinder, you can adjust the grinding of the coffee to best suit your high quality espresso machine for best results. Good alternatives are for example the compact Ascaso i-Mini and the Ascaso i-Steel espresso grinders.
